Delivery & Payment

1. Payment

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

• Online Payment via Card: We accept payments through a secure online payment system. We support Visa and Mastercard. Data transmission is handled via secure connection.
• Bank Transfer: Bank transfers can be made for B2B partners based on an issued invoice.

All prices are listed and paid in the national currency (Ukrainian Hryvnia, UAH) in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Delivery

We ensure fast and reliable delivery through our logistics partners:

• Nova Poshta (within Ukraine): Delivery to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier to a specified address. Timelines and shipping costs are according to the carrier's rates.
• DHL Express (international delivery): International express delivery anywhere in the world. Timelines and costs are according to the carrier's rates and depend on the destination country.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to track your package.

War-related risks at carrier facilities

One Company is not liable for damage to or destruction of goods accepted by Nova Poshta and held at its warehouses, terminals or branches as a result of missile, drone or other attacks, shelling, or resulting explosions or fires.

In this situation, contact our account manager with your order and shipment tracking numbers to coordinate a claim to the carrier. Eligibility for compensation and its amount depend on applicable law, the carriage contract and any insurance coverage arranged; declared value does not guarantee coverage for war-related risks. This clause does not exclude One Company’s liability for its own breaches, restrict mandatory consumer rights, or automatically preclude a refund of prepayment or other compensation legally due.

3. Restrictions

We do not sell goods or provide services to residents of Russia and Belarus. Orders from these territories will not be processed or shipped.
