The Akrapovic Evolution link pipe set (titanium) is designed and tested in conjunction with the Slip-On Line (titanium) exhaust system to further enhance exhaust system performance. The titanium construction with optimized pipe diameters provides an increase in power, improved engine response, and a reduction in overall weight.
The system combines a specially designed Slip-On muffler with larger diameter link pipes and optimized flow geometry. This configuration enhances exhaust gas dynamics and produces a deeper, more resonant sound. An additional effect is achieved after removing the spot-welded restrictor in the link pipe, which prevents muffler bypass.
The dual-mode valve system maintains compatibility with the stock exhaust valve control button. The aesthetic can be further enhanced with optional carbon fiber tailpipes.
