The optional Akrapovič Sound Kit allows owners of select Akrapovič automotive exhaust systems to control the sound of their system from inside their car. Utilizing Akrapovič technology, the driver can easily switch between a quiet mode and a sportier sound. By using a receiver to control actuators that open and close the valves at the end of the exhaust system, the driver can adjust the valves using the Sound Remote Controller or a new smartphone app (for iOS and Android).

When using the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, ECE type approval is no longer valid.
