The optional Akrapovič Sound Kit allows owners of select Akrapovič automotive exhaust systems to control the sound of their system from inside their vehicle. Using Akrapovič technology, the driver can easily switch between a quiet mode and a more sporty sound. With the receiver (already included in the Evolution system) to control the actuators that either open the valves or set them to a regulated mode at the end of the exhaust system, drivers can use the Sound Remote Controller or the new smartphone app (for iOS and Android) to adjust the valves.

When using the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, ECE type approval is no longer valid.
