AKRAPOVIC S-AU/T/2H Evolution Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for AUDI RS6 Avant / RS7 Sportback Performance (C8) 2023+

Crafted from high-quality, lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line exhaust system features a specially developed layout with a single central and two side mufflers and a titanium manifold from which larger diameter stainless steel pipes than stock emerge, as well as custom-made flexible pipes, fully insulated at their connection points to the headers. A valve on each side of the muffler controls the flow of gases and contributes to the system's fantastic sound. Each valve has a housing cast in Akrapovič's own foundry, as does the complex active X-connection, which also features a valve to manage exhaust pulses from both sides of the engine. The system is finished with unique carbon fiber/titanium exhaust tips – one on each side – with an attractive design never before utilized. The hand-made, dynamically shaped carbon fiber outer sleeve blends perfectly with the sandblasted and coated titanium inner sleeve, providing a powerful and sporty finish to this stunning exhaust system. The system is designed to deliver a sound experience that has been acoustically tuned to perfection at every rpm point to provide auditory pleasure: from the low-end rumble, through the powerful mid-range and the high-frequency top end with the characteristic Akrapovič racing heritage feel, all adding to the heightened excitement where every gear shift is accompanied by a sharp growl. The system has been tuned to provide the comfort of everyday driving in a standard city car, without unwanted drone or excessive noise. Akrapovič has dyno-tested the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system using an Audi RS 6 Avant (C8) with the stock Audi Sport exhaust system for comparison, and under controlled conditions, achieved a power increase of 15.7 hp (m) at 6150 rpm and 17.9 lb-ft of torque at 6150 rpm, while reducing weight by over 20% compared to the stock system. This is an ECE-compliant system that is a serious performer in all areas. Further enhancements can be made with the addition of the optional Downpipe/Link pipe kit (SS), boosting exhaust tuning and the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit to control the valves in the exhaust and provide more flexibility in the sound the exhaust produces. To give the Evolution Line (Titanium) even more visual impact, a hand-made carbon fiber diffuser is offered as an option, in either matte or gloss finish, providing a special touch.

The Link Pipe (SS) kit L-AU/SS/6 is a mandatory product for the Evolution Line (Titanium) S-AU/T/2H. The system is split into two codes due to packaging requirements.

If the Evolution Line exhaust system is combined with the Downpipe / Link Pipe kit (SS), the Link Pipe kit L-AU/SS/6 is not required. In this case, the ECE type approval is no longer valid, and ECU remapping is required when it is installed. If the Akrapovič Sound Kit is installed, the ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is invalid.

The ECE type approval is valid only for cars equipped with a gasoline particulate filter.

The exhaust system is compatible with the original Audi tow hitch.
