The AKRAPOVIC S-AU/T/3H Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is engineered to deliver maximum performance, signature sound, and a visual enhancement of the sporty character of the 2025 AUDI RSQ8 (4M). The system is constructed entirely from titanium, including the central muffler, two cast valve housings (manufactured in-house by Akrapovič), and a connecting pipe with an X-element. This configuration optimizes exhaust gas flow and provides a distinctive racing tone at high RPMs and a deep V8 rumble at lower RPMs. In comfort mode, there are no vibrations or cabin resonance. Carbon and titanium tailpipes exiting on both sides of the rear bumper provide a visually complete system and emphasize its premium nature.

Dynamometer testing at Akrapovič confirmed an increase in power of 5.7 kW at 6200 rpm and a torque gain of 10.7 Nm at 2850 rpm compared to the stock RS Sport system. The system is ECE-certified provided the vehicle is equipped with a gasoline particulate filter. ECU remapping is not required when installing the base kit.
