AKRAPOVIC S-AU/TI/27H Evolution Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for AUDI RS3 Sportback (8Y) 2025-

This system is constructed from high-quality titanium pipes and muffler, which attach to the stock exhaust system via a high-quality stainless steel link pipe and is finished with a handcrafted carbon fiber tailpipe with a titanium inner sleeve.

The system, which is 36.2% lighter than the stock setup, provides a power increase of 7.5 kW (10.2 hp) at 5450 rpm and 8.8 Nm of torque at 3900 rpm (as tested on an Akrapovič dyno against an Audi RS 3 with a stock exhaust).

Cast housings for two exhaust valves are cast in-house, one on each side of the muffler, allowing for sound tuning. The characteristic tones of the five-cylinder engine create a calm and pleasant rumble in comfort mode, tastefully hinting at the car’s potential when driven in dynamic mode, and then fully expressing themselves during acceleration and reaching the limit. A handcrafted high-gloss carbon fiber rear diffuser is offered as an optional extra, as is the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, which allows for full control over the exhaust tone.

*When the Akrapovič Sound Kit is installed, the ECE type-approval certificate for the Evolution Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.

The exhaust system is ECE approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter.

The AKRAPOVIC P-HF1636 Control Kit is a mandatory component and must be ordered together with the Evolution Line.
