AKRAPOVIC S-BM/T/36H Slip-On Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for BMW XM (G09) 2022-

This product is crafted from high-quality titanium featuring integrated acoustic reflectors designed to bounce external sound back into the cabin and enhance the overall Akrapovič exhaust acoustic experience. Two integrated exhaust valves, positioned on one side of the muffler and controlled by the Akrapovič control kit, regulate gas flow for a pleasing sound experience. The sound is linear with RPM and load, offering a smooth and harmonious tone at lower revs, rising to a characteristic V8 growl in the mid-range, and then reaching a crescendo of high-frequency sporty sound as the revs climb.

The exhaust system is complemented by two sets of attractive exhaust tips with a titanium inner sleeve and a handcrafted carbon fiber outer sleeve. The intricate details of this Slip-On Line (Titanium) system, including the valve housings and two collectors, are cast in the company's in-house titanium foundry. The system is 11.35 kg (50.7%) lighter than the standard stock system.

It provides a power increase of 7.6 kW (10.3 hp) and a torque increase of 12.6 Nm at 5,750 rpm, as measured on an Akrapovič dyno against a BMW XM Label with M exhaust system. The plug-and-play installation means no engine remapping is required, and it features EC/ECE type approval.

Further enhancement of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system is available with the optional Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium)*, designed for those seeking greater performance gains. The Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) is for track use only, and its installation means the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.
