AKRAPOVIC S-ME/T/1H Evolution Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for MERCEDES-AMG A45 / A45S (W177) 2020-

This exquisite, lightweight exhaust system, crafted from high-quality, lightweight titanium, features an attractive design with two pairs of titanium and carbon fiber tailpipes, creating a stunning visual effect. A specially designed exhaust valve, cast in the company's foundry, regulates the sound profile and is tuned using proprietary electronic control kit, allowing the driver to select the level of sportiness via the AMG Dynamic Select system.

The system is an auditory delight for all, with settings ranging from a comfortable everyday mode with a smooth sound that enhances the car's engine tone without any discomfort or drone, to sporty acoustics with deep mid-tones and a rich high-frequency sound at the top of the rev range to enhance the gear-shifting experience, providing amazing crackles on acceleration. The distinct design, construction, and configuration from the stock system offer weight savings and optimize engine power and torque, increasing them throughout the rev range: gains of 6.4 kW at 6400 rpm and 9.1 Nm at 6700 rpm were shown in consecutive dyno tests by Akrapovič on a Mercedes-AMG A 45 with a standard stock exhaust. The exhaust gas flow provides tuning potential that can be further expanded with the optional Downpipe (SS).

The system is ECE type-approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter, but when the optional Downpipe (SS) is installed, the ECE type-approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is no longer valid.

When ordering, please note that both part numbers, S-ME/T/1H and L-ME/SS/3, must be ordered as the system is split into two codes for packaging reasons.

Please note that you must order the correct mandatory control kit depending on whether your car was produced before or after the mid-2023 facelift.
