This product is crafted from high-quality, lightweight titanium, offering a weight reduction of 34.2% compared to the AMG Performance exhaust system. The fully sandblasted finish is complemented by a new exhaust tip design made from handmade carbon fiber with a titanium inner sleeve.

The power gain of 6.3 kW (8.6 hp) and torque increase of 21.3 Nm (both at 2,800 rpm) were achieved on the Akrapovič dyno against a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust system.

Three exhaust valves are controlled by a specially designed control kit: one on each side of the muffler and one in the active X-connection in the link pipe to create the perfect sound. The valve housings, X-connection, and exhaust pipe reinforcements, or central strut, are cast in Akrapovič’s own foundries. This results in a pure and deep characteristic tone, rich at idle, and with a distinct and strong rumble as the revs rise, transitioning into a high-frequency sound with a sporty character at high revs.

No re-mapping is required for installation. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is also available, providing full control over the sound spectrum emitted by the exhaust system.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) is ECE type-approved for vehicles equipped with an Otto particulate filter (OPF).

Designed as a direct replacement for vehicles equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust system.

The ECE type-approval certificate for the Evolution Line (Titanium) is not valid if the Akrapovič Sound Kit is installed.
