AKRAPOVIC S-ME/TI/16H/1 Evolution Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for MERCEDES-AMG GLE 63 / GLE 63 S (W167) 2020-2023

This product is crafted from high-quality, lightweight titanium to achieve a 34.2% weight saving compared to the AMG Performance exhaust system. The fully sandblasted finish is complemented by a new exhaust pipe design made from handmade carbon fiber with a titanium inner sleeve.
On the dynamometer, Akrapovič testing against a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé with the AMG Performance exhaust system showed an increase in power of 6.3 kW (8.6 hp) and an increase in torque of 21.3 Nm at 2800 rpm.
There are three exhaust valves, controlled by a specially developed control kit: one on each side of the muffler and one in the active X-connection in the connecting pipe to create the perfect sound. The housings for the valves, the X-connection, and the reinforcement – or central strut – of the exhaust pipes are all cast in-house. This creates a pure and deep characteristic sound with a rich tone at idle and a clear, strong rumble when revving, leading to a high-frequency sound full of sporty character at higher revs.
No re-mapping is required during installation. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is also available, providing full control over the sound spectrum produced by the exhaust.

The Evolution (Titanium) line is ECE-approved for cars with Otto Particulate Filters (OPF).
Designed as a direct replacement for vehicles equipped with the AMG Performance exhaust.
The ECE type-approval certificate for the Evolution (Titanium) series is invalid if the Akrapovič Sound Kit is installed.
