CSF
The three-row flow structure allows coolant to pass through the radiator core three times before exiting, ensuring minimal outlet temperature. This radiator features a 2-row core with CSF's exclusive "B-Tube" technology: Unlike conventional "O" style oval radiator tubes, CSF utilizes specially designed "B-shaped" tubes. These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then seam-soldered to seal. CSF can use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with greater cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than conventional "O" style welded tubes. The design (inlet opening in the middle of the tube, seam-soldered) increases the surface area of the tubes' heat exchange by approximately 15% compared to conventional tubes – the efficiency of two smaller tubes versus one larger tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes," "dual laminar flow" of the fluid can be achieved. CSF also utilizes highly efficient multi-louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through the radiator core. The fin characteristics are carefully measured and calculated for each application and tested in a wind tunnel for maximum heat dissipation efficiency.
