The dual-row, 42mm all-aluminum core not only increases the radiator's flow capacity but also enhances its heat dissipation capabilities. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology increases heat dissipation by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes found in many other aluminum radiators. Furthermore, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the radiator for optimal performance.

The end tanks are constructed from high-quality aluminum and TIG-welded to the core for added strength. In contrast, the plastic, crimped-on end tank construction used by OEM manufacturers is significantly weaker and creates failure points where breakage is more likely. As the CSF radiator is designed as a "Plug-and-Play" unit, no modifications, trimming, or cutting are required for installation.
