The 2-row, 42mm core significantly increases not only the radiator's flow capacity but also its heat dissipation. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology increases heat dissipation by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes. Furthermore, the hyper-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the radiator core for optimal performance. More cooling rows also increase the overall efficiency of the radiator. More cooling tubes mean more surface area for the coolant heat to dissipate.

Each end tank is crafted from CNC-machined billet aluminum, providing incredible strength and durability. The CNC machining ensures incredible precision and uniformity. This results in perfect end tanks that mate flawlessly to the 42mm core. Hand TIG welding joins the tanks to the core, creating the strongest radiator on the market for the R33 Skyline.

Included with every radiator is a CSF embossed 1.4 bar high-pressure cap. High-pressure radiator caps raise the boiling point of coolant. This allows the system to be protected from boiling over at higher operating temperatures. While the radiator is designed to protect the system from such temperatures, it is always beneficial to have extra protection for situations where the coolant becomes excessively hot.
