CSF 7220 Aluminum Radiator for MERCEDES-BENZ W201 190E 2.3-16/2.5-16

The CSF radiator features a dual-row, 42mm aluminum core that not only increases the radiator's capacity but also enhances its heat dissipation. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology increases heat dissipation by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes. With nearly double the cooling fins and tubes, the CSF radiator significantly outperforms the stock unit. Additionally, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the radiator for optimal performance. The radiator is a direct fit and requires no modifications or cutting.

The 100% TIG-welded aluminum construction enhances the overall strength of the radiator. This increases the radiator's durability and longevity, ensuring it can withstand demanding operating conditions.

The 190E 2.3-16 and 2.5-16 originally came equipped with a mechanical clutch fan. While these older style fans work well, many owners prefer to upgrade to modern electric fans. To facilitate this, CSF offers mounting brackets that accommodate 16-inch SPAL fans. Both the low-profile SPAL #30100400 and the medium-profile SPAL #30101516 can be mounted to the brackets. Please note that a fan controller (not included) will be required to utilize an electric fan on the 190E.
