The original OEM Toyota/BMW radiator features a plastic tank with a single-row aluminum core. While considered a quality and durable unit, there is always room for improvement. The 4mm fins on the stock radiator made the system efficient enough for factory installation. The radiator itself is one of the biggest limiting factors with a thickness of only 34mm and a single cooling row.

Leveraging data gathered from development partners and race teams, CSF has engineered the ultimate high-performance replacement. The CSF radiator features the latest in 5mm fin technology. These fins significantly increase the heat exchange surface area, boosting overall cooling and recovery efficiency while maintaining good airflow. The radiator core is substantially larger than stock, featuring a 2-row, 42mm thick aluminum core. This increases the radiator's coolant capacity and improves the core's ability to dissipate heat. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology increases heat dissipation by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes. Furthermore, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the radiator core for optimal performance.
