CSF intercooler cores are utilized by some of the most renowned companies in the automotive tuning and performance industry. This 24″ x 12″ x 3″ bar-and-plate core is rated for 850hp. Each CSF intercooler core is pressure tested to 120psi for maximum reliability in extreme operating conditions. Hand-assembled using jigs for a perfectly straight core in a clean room environment using gloves at the CSF factory to ensure proper brazing and a clean surface for future welding. Features a multi-louvered, high-precision stepped fin design (both on the ambient and charge side of the core) for optimal heat dissipation.
