The stepped core design of the CSF intercooler maximizes all available frontal area behind the front bumper and under the crash bar for both the Hyundai Veloster N and i30 N. The stepped core tucks up in front of the A.C. condenser and sits just below the crash bar. During prototype testing and data collection with Bisimoto, the decision was made to retain OEM-size inlet and outlet connections. This resulted in low-pressure drop, even with the significantly larger CSF intercooler – additionally, this feature eliminates the need for expensive and unnecessary silicone couplers, allowing CSF to offer the N community the best value by entering the market at the most aggressive price point.

The CSF #8192 kit comes in a silver finish. It is also available in black (CSF #8192B). The CSF #8192/8192B are manual transmission only. The CSF #8238/8238B are available for Veloster N/i30 N equipped with DCT.
