The Urus/RS Q8 intercoolers have been meticulously developed and engineered to be a direct fit for the OEM units they replace. Utilizing all factory mounting points, they install simply and easily. No cutting or modifications are required, nor are any shrouds or hoses. All associated OEM components can be reused and reinstalled. CSF has integrated the boost pipe into the end tank design with an aluminum welded pipe in place of the factory plastic bolt-on piece, which seals with an internal O-ring. The intercooler cores are CSF designed and custom manufactured by PWR. Featuring dual rows of inner finned turbulated cooling tubes, these cores are the most efficient intercoolers available. As a result, they are capable of eliminating heat soak and reducing IATs far more effectively than traditional plate or tube-and-fin designs. This ensures maximum performance over extended periods of time in demanding driving conditions and for vehicles with increased power levels from modifications and tuning. CSF intercoolers feature 100% TIG-welded aluminum end tanks. This feature is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides increased durability and strength. CNC-machined end tanks are ready to withstand the increased boost pressure generated by higher-performing tunes as well as upgraded turbochargers.
