CSF 8275 Oil Cooler for BMW M5 (E60) / M6 (E63/E64) 2006-2010

The original OEM oil cooler from BMW features an all-metal construction, which implies its sufficient durability. However, the design has several weak points that lead to leaks. The CSF Race-Spec design reinforces these weak points, particularly around the feed and return lines.

CSF has upgraded the more fragile Tub/Fin core to a robust and durable Bar/Plate construction. The core is 40% larger than the factory unit, with 2 additional rows of oil cooling and a much thicker core (63mm vs. 45mm for the original). This provides superior cooling capacity and oil system volume. TIG-welded end tanks complete the list of upgrades, creating a much stronger connection than the factory soldered construction.
