CSF 8315 Charge Air Coolers for BMW X5M (F95) / X6M (F96) / XM (G09)

CSF Charge-Air-Cooler cores are ~100% larger in volume than OEM coolers. These coolers were custom-engineered using CFD analysis and testing to ensure optimal performance and perfect fitment. Both coolers come with OEM-style "Quick Connect" water fittings and sensor ports for a quick and easy installation.

The weak OEM plastic end tanks have been replaced with larger, CFD-analyzed, 100% TIG-welded CSF Billet end tanks. CSF has also integrated the charge pipe into the top tank design, eliminating the glued OEM plastic charge pipes. This one-piece billet design creates a much stronger system capable of handling significantly higher boost pressures.

Integrated dual 1/8 NPT ports are located on both outlet tanks for quick and easy installation of methanol/nitrous injection systems. The placement of these ports has been carefully considered to place the injection system directly into the charge air stream post-cooling for maximum performance.
