CSF 8350 External Transmission Oil Cooler Kit for FORD Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost 2021+

The CSF system was engineered around a high-performance transmission oil cooler featuring CSF's proprietary B-Tube technology. The core utilizes a 26mm 12-channel micro-tube design that operates at ultra-high pressures, maximizing oil flow and surface contact. The construction incorporates 11 rows of cooling tubes and 12 rows of high-efficiency 8mm louvered fins, delivering exceptional heat dissipation performance. A CNC-machined billet thermostat plate replaces the factory cooler and reroutes transmission fluid to the new cooler, which is mounted in front of the primary radiator. Race-spec hoses and proprietary quick-connect fittings from DYME PSI ensure a clean, fast, and simple installation.

CSF has partnered with DYME PSI due to their exceptional quality and innovative solutions in hose and fitting technology. DYME Pro/Spec quick-connect fittings offer motorsports-proven performance and tool-less, easy disconnection, capable of handling pressures up to 10,000 PSI. They significantly speed up the installation of the CSF kit compared to traditional threaded fittings and simplify maintenance, including fluid changes.

The hoses are constructed from ultra-lightweight, aramid-reinforced, carbon-infused PTFE, providing maximum flexibility, flow, and chemical resistance. They are ideal for motorsports and can withstand harsh off-road conditions.
