CSF presents high-performance intercoolers featuring bar/plate cores, handcrafted at PWR's Indianapolis, USA facility. The use of ultra-thin materials and high-density internal fins ensures maximum heat exchange efficiency, significantly surpassing the performance of factory tube-and-fin counterparts. The bar/plate construction is resistant to peak pressure loads and offers no pressure drop compared to OEM.

The manufacturing process for each intercooler demands highly skilled welders and precision work with materials up to 0.3mm thick. Only five cores are produced daily, guaranteeing uncompromising quality.
