This package is for those with high power goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best! Simply replacing with our performance intercooler is a huge improvement. Together with our charge pipe, the improvement becomes enormous. Our charge pipe has significantly better flow than the original, which we have verified both in a car and in our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.

Fits directly into the specified car models! This BigPack consists of an intercooler made entirely of aluminum and a complete package with 2.5” / 2.75" aluminum charge pipes and silicone hoses. This package replaces everything between the turbo and the throttle body, thereby providing drastically improved flow and cooling efficiency compared to the original. The intercooler is manufactured with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and a carefully selected core to achieve the best possible cooling efficiency with the lowest possible pressure drop! The charge pipes are made of 2.5” (Turbo-Intercooler) and 2.75" (Intercooler-Throttle body) extruded aluminum tubing, mandrel-bent to the correct shape! Specially designed silicone hoses of the highest quality with 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforcement to withstand high temperatures and pressures. It is worth noting that the original intercooler with associated charge pipes was designed for the power the car had originally. When increasing power or during very hard use of the car, even in original configuration, its performance is no longer sufficient. So, even with increased boost pressure / software upgrade / chipping, our BigPack will provide improved performance! A common misconception is that you cannot get good cooling efficiency from an intercooler with original placement and that a front-mounted intercooler / FMIC would be much better. But in reality, the do88 BigPack is far superior to most FMIC installations where only a core with too small a cooling area can be fitted, which often also has partially blocked airflow from, for example, a crash bar, which in many cases can result in worse cooling efficiency than original. The do88 BigPack comes with all necessary parts for installation in the car. Installation is done on original mounts.
