The absolute best intercooler solution on the market for Volvo 740 940 Turbo 92-98! The package includes do88's self-developed performance intercooler and high-flow charge pipes.
Fits directly into the specified car models with very minor modifications. The rubber in the two upper mounts needs to be trimmed slightly due to the increased thickness. Mounts for the AC condenser are present on this intercooler, but the screw holes need to be drilled (2 through-holes in the mounts, easy to do). The BigPack consists of an intercooler made entirely of aluminum and a complete package with 2.5” aluminum charge pipes and silicone hoses. This package replaces everything between the turbo and the throttle body, thereby providing drastically improved flow/cooling efficiency compared to the original. The intercooler is manufactured with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and a carefully selected core for achieving the best possible cooling effect with the lowest possible pressure drop! The charge pipes are made from 2.5” extruded aluminum tubes, mandrel-bent to the correct shape! Specially designed, high-quality silicone hoses with 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforcement to withstand high temperatures and pressures. It is worth noting that the original intercooler and charge pipes were designed for the car's stock power output, and when increasing power or during very hard use of the car in its original configuration, their performance is no longer sufficient. Thus, even with increased boost pressure / software upgrade / chipping, our BigPack will provide improved performance! The do88 BigPack comes with all necessary parts for installation in the car. Installation is done using original mounting points.
