Our intake system is designed to improve flow / lower vacuum and simultaneously only draw in cold air. Many aftermarket intake systems draw warm air directly behind the fan, which results in very high intake temperatures and lost power/performance. Thus, our system is a true "cold air intake".

It is worth noting that the original intake system was designed for the power the car had from the factory. When increasing power, its performance may no longer be sufficient, leading to excessive vacuum on the turbo's suction side, which reduces engine efficiency and results in power loss. Therefore, even with increased boost pressure / software upgrade / chipping, our intake system will provide improved performance compared to the original intake system!
