The Eventuri intake system for the BMW Z4 M40i (G29) with the B58 engine is designed to eliminate the restrictions of the factory system. The primary goal is to provide lower air restriction at the turbo inlet while maintaining low intake air temperatures (IAT). Thanks to the fully sealed design, the intake does not draw in heated air from the engine bay, even under high temperatures.

The system features an additional cold air feed from the wheel arch area and a gold heat reflector on the shield, which minimizes radiant heat from the manifold. The standard corrugated tube has been replaced with a smooth Ø111 mm prepreg carbon fiber tube that tapers smoothly to the turbo inlet — all for a laminar, turbulence-free flow.
