The GIRODISC A1-322 Front Brake Disc Kit is a direct replacement for the 400mm Carbon Ceramic Brake (CCB) discs on the BMW M2 (G87), M3 (G80), and M4 (G82). The floating, two-piece design is fully compatible with factory CCB calipers, requiring only a switch to pads designed for cast iron rotors, with no additional modifications needed.

The rotor rings are cast from proprietary high-carbon iron, specifically engineered for enhanced wear resistance and thermal stability. Internal ventilation is achieved through 72 curved vanes, creating a powerful airflow for efficient cooling. The hats are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish and can be reused when replacing the rotor rings.

All primary components – hats, rings, and drive pins – are manufactured in the USA. High-strength, cadmium-plated steel drive pins, combined with spring clips and Belleville washers, ensure durability, controlled float, and quiet operation, even in daily driving.
