1. Installation Responsibility
Improper adjustments made during installation may result in temporary or permanent damage to the iPE exhaust system and/or the vehicle.
iPE will not be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle resulting from improper installation. Product warranties will be void if damage is caused by incorrect installation. If you encounter any difficulties during installation, please contact your authorized iPE dealer.

2. Liability Disclaimer
The manufacturer, importer, or dealer shall not be liable for any incidental damages, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from improper installation or operation of the iPE exhaust system.
During installation, ensure that the exhaust system does not come into contact with components sensitive to high temperatures.

3. Warranty Limitation
iPE makes no representation or warranty regarding damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance of the exhaust system.
The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects recognized by our technical department under normal use conditions. Items subject to normal wear and tear (such as gaskets and sound-absorbing materials) are excluded.
The warranty will be void in cases of accidents, modifications, improper use, or use in racing/competition environments.
