The Eventuri intake system for M260/M264 engines is specifically designed for turbocharged Mercedes models where excessive heat soak is a critical issue. In the A35 AMG, the intake system is located very close to the manifold, and under such conditions, a sealed intake with a larger internal volume is the key to lowering IATs and ensuring more efficient turbocharger operation.
