The stepped core design increases the intercooler core's overall volume by 45% and surface area by 73%. The stepped core provides maximum surface area and volume while utilizing all available space without requiring modification or cutting of the bumper or core supports. The end tanks have been meticulously designed to optimize flow through the lower and upper cores, providing incredibly smooth and even flow with maximum heat transfer.

Each intercooler kit includes motorsports-grade hoses and clamps specifically engineered to withstand high boost pressure. The high-quality 5-ply silicone construction makes the hoses incredibly durable, while the matte black finish provides a stealthier appearance. The clamps feature a unique new design that incorporates a bead-lock system to help withstand extreme boost pressures.

These hoses are 2.5" (63.5mm) in diameter, up from the factory 1.85" (47mm) diameter, and match the large inlet and outlet of the intercoolers. They connect to the factory charge pipes but can be replaced later if you wish to upgrade the turbocharger, charge pipes, etc.
