The rotor hat is precision-machined from US-sourced, aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. The friction ring is crafted from GiroDisc's proprietary cast iron, cast and machined in their own US-based manufacturing facility. The curved vane design ensures efficient cooling through a centrifugal effect.

The floating mount system features ten cadmium-plated, high-strength steel standoffs, allowing the rotor to expand freely when heated while maintaining precise positioning. Anti-rattle spring washers eliminate low-temperature knock and ensure the rotor remains centered between the pads.
