AKRAPOVIC ME-BM/T/8H Evolution Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for BMW M2 (F87) 2016-2017
Crafted from ultra-lightweight, high-quality titanium, the Evolution Line system significantly reduces the vehicle's overall weight, enhancing handling. The system is ECE-approved and meticulously tuned to unlock the full potential of the BMW M2's TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine, delivering power gains across the entire RPM range.
The design features two separate pipes from the downpipe to the muffler, replacing the stock single-channel configuration. Optimized routing and shape ensure efficient exhaust gas flow and a noticeable improvement in performance.
The acoustic tuning creates a higher-pitched, racing-inspired character at high RPMs while maintaining smoothness and comfort at lower speeds. With valves fully open at high revs, the system produces a distinct sporty timbre. Installation is plug-and-play.
Carbon fiber tailpipes accentuate the sporty character of the M2's rear. Additional performance gains are achievable with the optional downpipes – with or without catalytic converters. Optional elements are also available to visually complement the system.
Compatibility Note: This system is not compatible with vehicles equipped with Otto Particulate Filters (OPF).
