A complete carbon-ceramic brake rotor kit for the 420×40 mm front and 370×30 mm rear configuration. Includes four rotors, matched CCB pads, vehicle-specific aluminum rotor hats and floating hardware. The direct-replacement setup retains the factory calipers when the vehicle's original brake configuration is confirmed.

Why choose carbon-ceramic rotors over factory cast iron?

• Lower rotating and unsprung mass. STOPFLEX says its carbon-ceramic rotors can weigh roughly half as much as comparable cast-iron discs; the exact saving depends on rotor size and design. Reducing rotor mass gives the suspension less weight to control and can sharpen the car's response to steering inputs.
• High-temperature stability. The C/SiC friction material is engineered for high-temperature operation and repeated hard braking, helping resist heat fade associated with cast-iron rotors. Overall brake performance also depends on pads, brake fluid, cooling and driving conditions.
• No characteristic iron flash rust. The ceramic friction surface does not develop the orange surface rust commonly seen on cast-iron discs after rain, washing or storage.
• Less visible brake dust. The matched STOPFLEX CCB pads are designed to reduce visible dark dust compared with a conventional iron rotor-and-pad combination.
• Long-Fiber construction. Continuous carbon fibers run through the rotor body and are designed to provide strength and withstand repeated thermal cycles.

Service life and care

STOPFLEX states that in normal road use, carbon-ceramic rotors can reach approximately 250,000–300,000 km. This is a manufacturer estimate, not a mileage guarantee. Actual service life varies with driving style, braking duty, pad selection, contamination, installation and bedding-in.

Audi RS6 / RS7 C8 fitment

This listing covers the 420×40 mm front / 370×30 mm rear configuration. Factory 440 mm front CCB rotors are not interchangeable with 420 mm rotors and are not included in this fitment. Before ordering, confirm the VIN, actual rotor dimensions, front caliper type and wheel-spoke clearance. Aftermarket calipers require a separate fitment check. Use pads specified for carbon-ceramic rotors.
