STOPFLEX Long-Fiber CCB Front Kit for BMW X7 M60i G07

A front-axle carbon-ceramic brake kit with 395 mm front rotors for the BMW X7 M60i (G07). This item includes two front CCB rotors and matched front pads, with fitment-specific mounting components confirmed for the vehicle. It retains the factory front calipers when fitment is confirmed. The rear axle and 398 mm rear rotors for the X7 M60i are not included.

Why choose CCB over factory cast-iron front rotors?

• Lower rotating and unsprung mass. A carbon-ceramic rotor can weigh substantially less than a same-size iron disc; the exact difference depends on construction. Reducing mass at the front axle lowers the weight the suspension has to control.
• More stable under repeated high-temperature braking. The C/SiC friction material is designed for high-temperature duty and repeated stops, helping resist fade. Whole-system performance also depends on pads, brake fluid, cooling and conditions.
• No typical iron flash rust on the braking surface. The ceramic friction face does not develop the orange surface rust common to iron after rain or storage.
• Less visible brake dust with matched pads. STOPFLEX front CCB pads are matched to the ceramic rotors and help reduce visible dark dust on the wheel.
• Long-Fiber construction. Continuous carbon fibers through the rotor body are designed for strength and repeated thermal cycles.

Service life and care

STOPFLEX states that in normal road use, CCB rotor life can reach approximately 250,000–300,000 km. This is a manufacturer estimate, not a mileage guarantee. Actual life varies with driving style, heat cycles, pad choice, contamination, installation and bedding-in.

BMW X7 M60i G07 fitment

This listing is for the 395 mm front axle only. The X7 M60i uses 398 mm rear rotors; those rear parts are not included here. The factory front calipers must be fixed units with at least four pistons. The manufacturer lists 20-inch wheels as the minimum, but wheel diameter alone does not guarantee clearance. Confirm the VIN, wheel offset, inner-barrel shape, spoke profile and actual caliper before ordering.
