AKRAPOVIC S-BM/T/37H Slip-On Line Exhaust System (Titanium) for BMW M5 (G90 / G99) OPF / GPF

This high-quality, lightweight titanium exhaust system reduces weight by 31.8% (6.12 kg) compared to the stock exhaust. It has been developed for gasoline particulate filter-equipped cars and is EC/ECE type-approved. The complex parts were cast in our own titanium foundry, including the exhaust valve housings and specially developed headers. The main exhaust pipes have an increased diameter, and the system incorporates a specially designed control kit that, through its valves, creates the refined Akrapovič sound in all driving modes, providing a deep and sporty tone. The system is finished with a mandatory choice of either hexagonal or round carbon fiber and titanium exhaust tips (customer's choice), both featuring built-in acoustic reflectors to bounce some of the external sound back into the cabin.

The power gain of 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 2,050 rpm and torque increase of 24.3 Nm at 2,050 rpm were achieved on an Akrapovič dynamometer compared to a BMW M5 with a stock exhaust system. This is a simple plug-and-play installation with no remapping required. Cutting the stock exhaust system is necessary during installation. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.

To further enrich the Slip-On Line (Titanium) installation, Akrapovič has created several optional parts to complement the exhaust and enhance the visual appeal. Alongside the optional carbon fiber exhaust tips in either hexagonal or round design, a handcrafted carbon fiber rear diffuser and a carbon fiber rear spoiler are also available. For those seeking even greater performance gains, an optional link pipe is offered, as well as an optional Akrapovič Sound Kit for sound control – both options are designed for use on closed tracks. After installing these options, the EC/ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) becomes void.
